My client, a market leading performing arts business, is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help support the team. If selected your primary responsibilities will be: Recruiting and sourcing Building talent streams and networks to improve time to hire rates. Ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience during the recruitment process. Communicating consistently and openly with hiring managers, human resources advisors, and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants are updated. Collating relevant data to analyse the performance of recruitment tools and campaigns. Foster local relationships with schools and businesses to enhance the organisations network and be an employer of choice. Share information on trends in talent acquisition with management and recommends ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the organisations brand as an employer. Serves as advisor and counsel for managers and team members in assigned areas in recruitment and talent management Participates in the development of team retention strategies and coordinates engagement activities, programs, and initiatives Develop and drive recruitment strategies including sourcing, pipeline building, candidate experience and early careers initiatives. Identify, recommend, and develop new approaches that will bolster and improve department functionality/capability Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and provide recommendations on process improvements. Conduct candidate screening interviews to ensure they are a fit for role and culture. Manage and prioritise open roles updating changes where necessary. Manage database of job outlines and scorecards with the support of the HR team and hiring managers. Managing vendor relationships including ATS system (Greenhouse) LinkedIn, and Indeed Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Previous Experience Required (Preferred) Previous experience within either agency or in-house recruitment Background recruiting in Manufacturing, Engineering and Technical environments. Experience in full cycle recruitment Accustomed to using job boards, social media and CV search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library, Indeed, Reed and Totaljobs.
