This role has a strong focus within our trade sector, focusing predominantly on National & Regional house builders, we are looking for someone with strong communication and commercial awareness, who promotes an inclusive culture for both colleagues and customers. Proven experience of working within customer focused role is essential, ideally within a Sales/Account Management role Experience working to targets/SLAs Customer service experience is essential, as is the ability to meet customer needs to full expectations You will be processing large orders so commercial awareness is essential Must have a pro-active approach when dealing with customers, with the ability to solve problems and offer solutions Effective communication skills are essential, both verbally (in person and on telephone) and in writing Excellent time management skills are also keyUse our in-house systems to process customer orders right through to delivery, ensuring they are updated throughout. Most skills are transferable so attributes such as enthusiasm, strong work ethic, positive attitude, honesty and reliability are more important than product knowledge. What will I be doing in the role? The purpose of the role is to provide national and regional account customers with a high level of service and act as a single point of contact to meet their requirements. In this role you will; Support the Sales Centres defined locations to ensure all branch related enquiries relating to relevant accounts are handled efficiently Deliver weekly reports on performance of sales and profit to the Sales Centre Manager Liaise with the Centre Manager regarding any ideas to improve sales and profits of the Centre. Ensure enquiries from customers are handled efficiently Continuously liaise with branch and customers to ensure expectations are being met at all times About Us About Us WHO ARE WE ?
