Senior Consultant, Vehicle Distribution Working a 40 hour week from Monday to Friday Paying £14.38 Job Purpose Communication with all relevant parties to achieve the optimum results for all areas of Vehicle Distribution Good quality and timely communication with the Dealer Network on all areas under Vehicle Distribution Provide specialist support and guidance that is customer focused regarding the company's Vehicle Distribution systems and processes and how they relate to the physical distribution of vehicles Direct, steer and motivate the team of Consultants to ensure they provide the same support and guidance Carry out visits to the Network to provide training on Vehicle Distribution systems and processes and to meet the AFRL audit requirements Detailed Activates Develop and maintain actions in order to achieve agreed objectives and realise commercial objectives, through individual application, as well as guiding, coaching and steering the day to day activity of the consultants (in support of the Team Leader, Network Support) Daily implementation of the Sales Process Provide the Dealer Network with good quality, accurate information in a timely manner Produce and manage the publication of Distribution related Sales Alerts, Global Communications and the content of the Distribution homepage Manage and process vehicle invoicing - cancellation & recharge Timely distribution of new vehicle launch product to the Network Vehicle Distribution related reporting - Produce, analyse, follow up, find and carry out solutions Coaching and training on distribution related subjects Ensure that all operational procedures and processes are adopted for various applications such as DISTRINET and AFRL and maintain procedure documents for internal, Network and supplier processes Manage Distribution element of Network structure changes Manage and implement a network visit plan to ensure The completion of the Automated First Registration Licensing system (AFRL) audits Face to face coaching and training on distribution related subjects Coordinate specific Dealer group orderbank management actions, reporting and communication Knowledge Influence: suggest solutions and benefits to key stake holders, and influence best result for the customer and commercial practise Ability to guide and motivate a team of consultants to provide an excellent quality of service Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent Time Management Lead by example Ability to prioritise changing demands i.e. business critical vs. day-to-day Attention to detail Listening & Understanding: establishing trust & rapport with various stake holders Communication: all response media Communication Skills - being able to liaise with various departments internally, in the Alliance, Renault head office, the Network, suppliers and customers Systems: digest, coach, make best use of, Intermediate excel skills Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited group of companies includes Gi Recruitment Limited, Draefern Limited, Gi Group Recruitment Ltd, INTOO (UK) Limited, Marks Sattin (UK) Limited, TACK TMI UK Limited and Grafton Professional Staffing Limited.
