Medrescue Group is a leading private Ambulance service working in partnership with the NHS. We are currently seeking an experienced rota scheduler to join our growing workforce department. The Scheduling Department is an essential team within the Group, wokring collaboratively with the Operational staff your primary focus is to ensure that we have a robust workforce in place to meet the busy demands of our service. You will be required to support operations with a specific focus on working pattern flexibility, staff rotas, ensuring that capacity and demand is met and that clinical colleagues and resources are allocated and utilised appropriately. You will need to work independently without direct day to day supervision and be able time manage appropriately. We are seeking applicants who Have demonstrable experince in shift scheduling including forward rota planning and short notice shift cover Have demonstrable ability to prioritise Experience of working in a busy office environment and have an ability to manage and priorities busy workloads Demonstrate strong communication skills Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of MS Office Take pride in accuracy and have an ability to pay great attention to details Strive for excellence Has desirable knowledge of working time legislation law The Resource Scheduling Department are operational seven days a week on a rota basis with various shifts. Working hours are reviewed regularly and may change subject to service requirement
