The Medrescue Group is a leading Private Ambulance Service working in partnership with the NHS. We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator with exceptional communication and administrative skills to join our workfroce department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting job adverts, screening resumes, organising interviews and conducting research to find the most qualified candidates for our many openings. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Our business has been through substantial growth and we have ambitious plans for the future. Job Description To proactively support the sourcing, selection and building a pipeline of high quality, engaged Ambulance Professionals. To deliver a responsive recruitment coordination service that incorporates a great candidate experience. To use selected forms of digital & social media platforms to proactively promote the recruitment of Ambulance Professionals and business staff. This is a varied and highly rewarding role where each new hire you support will make a real difference to someone's life. The Role Support and manage all aspects of recruitment administration ensuring regulatory compliance with legislation Place adverts on websites, job boards and appropriate social media platforms. Ensure all relevant recruitment digital content is kept up to date. Maintain effective communication with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience. Conduct screening calls and schedule interviews and support candidate selection activities where appropriate. Process and manage candidates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner ensuring data is accurate. Support community events including attending fairs, exhibitions, recruitment events and any other appropriate events. Process all pre-employment checks and collate pre-employment documentation. Support the management of the Employee Referral Scheme. Optimise the recruitment tools available and keep up to date on best practice approaches. Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business. Ensure compliance with Our Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery. Implement social media strategy focused on promoting the business and attracting new clients. Ensure digital content is engaging and kept up to date. Match candidates to job descriptions. Communicate with hiring managers about candidates. Create mock interviews for pre-screening applicants. Achieve targeted recruitment & social media KPI s figures. Essential Criteria Well-developed administration skills with experience in a similar role. Good understanding or willingness to learn and understand legislation relating to recruitment including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing and Right to Work checks. An understanding of social media and other digital communication tools for recruitment and marketing purposes Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, working with databases and virtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Team player who is self-motivated, results driven and resilient
