The role - Reception / Facilities Coordinator Location - Falkirk Hours - Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm & Friday 8am-12:30pm Pay rate - £11 per hour Assignment Length: Ongoing Office Angels Glasgow are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide a high level of business support to our rapidly growing client. This role is based in Camelon, Falkirk. There are excellent transport links via bus and train, free parking is also available on site. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a fast paced, reactive role and must be confident and experienced in dealing with a high volume administrative workload. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the building and will handle the flow of people through the building, ensure all Health & Safety standards are adhered to and deliver excellent customer service to both visitors and tenants. A typical day: - - Provision of office support services including being the first point of contact for the business. - Ensuring new company has been given appropriate client / Health & Safety manuals and is aware of fire exits and fire assembly points. - Liaise with internal departments to provide and gather information. - Create and cascade management KPI reports - Providing support to the accounts team. - Payroll support - Reception duties when required We would love to speak to candidates who: - - have 2 years of previous experience in a fast paced, administrative role. - Are immaculately presented. - Understand the importance of Health & Safety procedures and set an example to other staff members . - Are fully competent using Microsoft Office - Particularly Word and Excel. - Have a keen eye for detail.
