Pertemps Managed Solutions have been engaged by an industry leading technology company that specialises in buidling software based systems for the healthcare sector to find the newest addition to the team, a project support executive. In this role you will support a senior project manager with all administration tasks while also handling calls from clients to manage expectations. This role is a 3 Month FTC with a possibility of extension Fully remote - All equipment supplied 37.5 Hours Per week Responsibilities: • Provide support to the Implementation Team, including the Customer & Partner Integration Lead • Assist in meeting our SLA of contacting customers within 1 working day of them signing a contract with us • Update and maintain relevant records/systems e.g., Salesforce, Excel • Provide reporting of activities across all open implementations • Be comfortable working remotely, and interacting with colleagues and customers by phone, email, and video call • Actively participate in team meetings • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as and when requested/required • Demonstrate the company values in your work, attitude and approach to others Requirements: • Experience of effectively and proactively managing a varied workload • Excellent time management • Ability to collaborate with others to build trusted relationships • A confident and friendly telephone manner • An eagerness to take on new challenges and projects • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Attention to detail • Strong organisational skills • Strong customer engagement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
