As an industry leader, the ALSO Cloud Marketplace empowers resellers with the tools to manage the customer relationship end-to-end. With ALSO cloud management platform resellers will be able to generate new revenue streams, increase customer retention and gain rapid entry into the cloud business.

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our support team resolving complex issues and requests concerning the ALSO Cloud Marketplace Platform. You will be supporting our 1st level specialists, internal sales teams, Service Providers and Platform-as-a-Service partners in close collaboration with our Service Providers and other internal teams.

Job description:
Point of contact regarding the ALSO Cloud Marketplace Platform
Assisting vendors in on-boarding their cloud services to the Marketplace
Helping different customers (internal or external) with their issues and questions regarding the Platform
Provide technical information, detailed troubleshooting, and reports to technical teams
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

Your profile:
Fluent English & German is a must
Analytical mind, comprehending complex scenarios
Previous experience working in technical support or customer service
Customer service-oriented and readiness to continuously expand your knowledge
Self-motivated with a professional and dedicated approach to work
You feel comfortable working independently but also as a valuable team member
SQL skills is a plus!
