The Principal Consultant s role is to work across the broad spectrum of leadership and culture with a focus on behavioural change. The successful candidate will have consulting experience in-house or out of house. We are searching for a Principal Consultant who has the natural confidence and proven experience in networking and building relationships across large and complex clients. The position will involve partnering with a team of consultants to design and deliver tailored solutions which could include Leadership Assessment and Development programmes, compromising of one-to-one interventions as well as large-scale transformational projects. This role allows working from home and occasional working from the London HO will be required as well as meeting clients in various UK locations. We are happy to receive applications from candidates living anywhere in the UK. Salary up to £80K plus up to 10% bonus, 26 days of holidays, private health insurance (AXA), 37.5 hour /week. The Principal Consultant will own a portfolio of the largest and most complex clients and be passionate about partnering with senior clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions which solve a wide range of business challenges. The Role The Principal Consultant is accountable for the overall client relationship and will manage a portfolio of clients creating and developing long term business relationships which deliver: Exceptional client satisfaction Continued client growth Retention of existing business This would be through: The design and delivery of solutions ensuring that the client's needs are met, and the value realised Acting as a strategic partner to clients, spotting opportunities to grow and enhance the relationship driving revenue, profit and client satisfaction Effective programme management and reporting, working with your project manager Briefing and ensuring effective delivery in your clients through a team of consultants Taking the most senior delivery role to set the standard and work with the first or most senior teams and individuals Bringing your subject matter expertise to our business development team to support them in the creation of solutions and winning bids for new clients Key Skills & Experience You will be a chartered occupational psychologist and will have previous experience of managing large clients either in a professional services consultancy or have worked in a large business in a people-related role at a senior level You have a proven track record of designing and delivering large scale assessment programmes for different levels of leaders and experience of influencing and aligning challenging stakeholder groups You will have significant Leadership Assessment and Development experience An established high level of consultancy and coaching skills gained internally or externally
