As a key member of Curion's Consumer Operations team, the Recruiting Manager will be responsible to successfully oversee the recruitment of consumers sourced from our proprietary, regional databases to participate in our consumer research projects. You are both project manager and analyst as you leverage Curion databases, work with Curion preferred partners, and collaborate with Curion colleagues.


Communication will be crucial at all levels both internally and externally as you work with other Operations team members, Client Service, and partners/vendors. You will lead your regional team's ongoing success by sharing knowledge, documenting scalable processes and procedures, and proactively suggesting improvements and solutions as you support and collaborate with all stakeholders.

You know how to clearly identify the cause of a problem, determine alternatives/solutions, communicate a situation to a client and internal teams, then implement an action plan.

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage, monitor, recruit, and execute on the consumer requirements for all projects within your assigned location(s), so that each site delivers the client's required quotas
  • Proactive communication and escalation of project status to teams regarding projects in jeopardy of not achieving quotas
  • Work with Client Service team members to manage changes to project specifications during recruitment and fielding phases
  • Manage all outbound communication to Curion consumers (survey invites, reminders, texts, phone)
  • Manage reporting of delivery status for all communication channels (email, phone, survey portal, etc.)
  • Schedule & host internal/external recruit briefings with Client Service team members
  • Report and analyze consumers by client demand and expectations
  • Document current challenges in demographics, feasibility, show rates with Supply and local facilities groups
  • Create and promote improvements to create a positive consumer experience in all interactions
  • Manage and mentor recruiters and client liaisons.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • 3+ years proprietary respondent recruiting skills, ideally in the market research sector (Qualitative and/or Quantitative)
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Superior project management skills in market research, ideally large-scale project execution and operational initiatives
  • Experience with sample/supply management or consumer insight/marketing platforms including experience with programmatic insight platforms and partners preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
