The Company Able Bridge Recruitment are continuing to partner one of Scotland s most prestigious drinks business. We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a permanent HR Systems Administrator that will be based in their office (hybrid 3 days in the office/2 days at home), on the outskirts of Glasgow. The Responsibilities The role will report into the head of HR operations and will be accountable for the maintenance of the HR platform. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following; Maintain and update the information held within the system relating to organisational structure and internal grades. Act as a first point of contact for the global HR function to resolve any HRIS system issues/required/requested changes to the system. Test and upgrade the configuration of the system allowing for business changes on a need must basis. Maintain the operational integrity of the HRIS and proactively troubleshoot outages and technical issues. Liaise closely with HRIS software provider to maintain a strong working relationship resulting in prompt resolution of technical issues. Work with the widder business in the training and development of staff in the usage of the platform. Support the HR team in the facilitation of data extraction tools for specific projects such as employee engagement surveys. Assist in the production and or the training of the HR team with key data analysis such as time and attendance, absenteeism etc. The Requirements We are seeking an experienced HR systems administrator who has an analytical mind and a high degree of attention to detail. The role holder will be instrumental in not only the engagement of the system but also the development of it. We are seeking individuals who have a proven track record of working within a rapidly moving environment and who can engage well with colleagues internationally. The role requires an individual to have practical experience of working within an HR team in a similar role as well as understanding what data the system holds and its importance to the business. We would like to see applications from individuals who are studying towards their CIPD qualification, however this in not essential.
