HR Business Partner Expanding business looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team at their new Peterborough site. The HR Business Partner role will have both a strategic and a strong hands on / operational focus, providing a comprehensive HR service, which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture. Work and support all stakeholders of the business, ensuring clear, concise communication and collaborative ways of working. Value the importance of team and conduct business in a structured and professional manner. As HR Business Partner responsibilities will include: Supporting the Head of HR with the development and roll out of the HR strategy. Clearly visible in all areas of our business including the factory, warehouse and packhouse, as well as the offices. Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure roles are signed off and recruited in line with company procedure and to budget. Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to create training and development initiatives to support the continuous improvement and appraisal outcomes. Reviewing the rewards and benefits package alongside appraisals and salary reviews. Champion a company culture of innovation, freedom of thought and growth, through various engagement initiatives. Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies. Work with senior managers, coaching and advising on people management and development. Manage all employee relations issues, including managing absence, probations, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness. Organisational change, supporting on restructures and updating organisational charts, JD s as required. The right HR Business Partner candidate will be: CIPD qualified or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years HR experience. Will have experience of liaising with colleagues of all levels, from teams in the warehouse/ packhouse to the board of directors. Experience in a food manufacturing and factory/ warehouse environment is essential. Be highly emotionally intelligent and commercially focused and will have extensive HR experience gained within a fast-growing business.
