HR and Payroll Assistant Woking £28,000pa - £30,000 A very exciting opportunity for a HR and Payroll Assistant has come up to join a brilliant team based in Woking. The purpose of this role is to support the HR department with payroll and HR administration duties making the role your own. The purpose of the HR and Payroll Assistant is to: Oversee the full employee life cycle of all employees Co-ordination of payroll activities from start to finish Be responsible for offer letters, contracts, referencing Oversee onboarding and exiting experience of staff Supporting with the HR inbox Assist with the implementation, management and reporting of salary sacrifice schemes including, pensions and childcare voucher Oversee amendments to contracts and working agreements Manage and oversee the maintenance of employee records Deal with resignations and scheduling exit interviews To be considered the HR and Payroll Administrator will: Be looking to enhance their career in HR Have experience of working within Payroll Have experience working within a HR title Maintain excellent attention to detail Be a team player with a can do attitude Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills This is such an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about HR and looking to join a great organsiation.
