Customer Service Advisor - Home Working MUST LIVE WITHIN SOUTH YORKSHIRE Role Profile: Contract: Temporary to Permanent, 37.5 hours per week Working Hours: Flexible Monday - Friday 8am-6pm; No weekends! Paid Training: 1 week of full-time training 9am - 5pm Hourly Rate: £9.50 Location: S63 Area Role Overview: We are looking for confident, energetic individuals for a Customer Service role in the Manvers area of Rotherham. This role involves taking inbound Customer Service calls; no Sales! As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for engaging with customers, providing support with a number of various queries & ensuring that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner, whilst promoting a positive experience.
