Time Appointments are working on behalf of a leading connective technology company based in Woodbridge, who are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and technical-thinking Customer Service Representative to join their growing company! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining exceptional service to existing internal and external clients with fantastic attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Respond in a timely manner to all client request/enquiries e.g., queries, pricing, availability of product, sample requests by phone and email Responsible for management and processing of accurate order entry onto the system Provide initial support to customers where required and observe the need for escalation where necessary to Product Line Managers / Sales Reps Accurately process and manage customer complaints, ensuring customer is kept up to date through the process and enter details accurately Provides stock availability, lead time, product change, quote and order status, and shipping date information to customers Organise the return of goods in line with Company procedures, implement the dispatch of replacements where appropriate To handle invoice/account queries raising and checking credit notes where appropriate To resolve queries in line with departmental KPI s Skills & Experience: Proven track record of working in a commercial B2B / Customer Services/Client Care/Inside Sales role Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Desirable to have knowledge of SAP or other ERP System Knowledge A good level of Maths and English is important Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team-player, willing to respond professionally, enthusiastically, and positively to all requests Strong attention to detail You must hold a current driver s licence and have access to a vehicle due to office rural location
