We are currently recruiting for Remote Customer Service Advsiors for one of the UKs biggest Outsourcers. COLLECTIONS experience is a must. Triaining is 2 weeks based in the Wrexham office. Customer Service Advisor Responding to queries and resolving issues through various channels including telephone, email and webchat Take ownership of queries, escalating through the correct channels when required to ensure customer receives a timely response Communicate clearly and effectively with vulnerable customers or customers experiencing financial difficulties, showing empathy and understanding, whilst remaining focused on the customer journey and experience. Conduct front-line collection services across an array of product portfolios Managing workflow priorities on a case-by-case basis Liaise with external debt management companies to provide best placed solutions for supporting the customers needs Suggest ways for process improvements across the platforms you are utilising, on order to enhance the customer journey both in terms of efficiency and satisfaction Experience and Skills Required Previous customer service experience Excellent communication skills, able to show compassion and empathy to build rapport, demonstrate active listening skills Previous collections experience in both inbound and outbound telephony Previous experience working within Financial Services Experience using Service View would be preferred but not essential Basic Requirements: Aged 18 or above and have right to work within the UK English speaking and IT literate Credit report to be provided Basic DBS certificate to be provided Please apply with an up to date CV
