Customer Services Advisor / Customer Care Executive Onsite in Swanley - very close to the train station If you love being the 'go to' person for clients and colleagues alike where you are supporting clients to ensure a seamless service, I would love to hear from you. OVERVIEW: On behalf of a long established client who operate across the UK I am looking for a highly motivated Customer Service specialist who will provide the best possible experience for their clients who are in the retail and hospitality sector and include some of the biggest restaurant chains in the UK. This role has many touch points from the initial order through to the final fit and you will take responsibility for each point from A to Z, using initiative, being proactive and helpful and showing the client that you will take care of any queries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Introduce yourself to the client at the point of order and provide any support in relation to stock availability, delivery times and installation Read the sales order carefully before inputting accurately onto the MS Dynamics CRM Take time to understand the clients specific requirements and doing your best to accommodate Keeping on top of delivery dates, being proactive in your approach to keep the client updated via email and phone and liaising with colleagues in Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse to resolve queries quickly and efficiently Following the successful delivery you will provide 'after sales care' which means you will keep in contact with the client and the installation team to deal with any queries and take any feedback on the process that could improve service in the future. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Good grasp of working with processing and CRM systems. Sound excel knowledge and experience. The business offer a good induction programme and your colleagues will be on hand to assist you as you settle into the new opportunity. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm - 1 hour lunch 25 days annual leave + B/Hols
