Currently LWC Drinks employ over 1200 people and they have 15 depots across the UK as well as a Support Centre and Hub distribution centre based in Chadderton, Manchester. Customer onboarding and support specialist. Key Responsibilities - Initiate and implement the on-boarding of customers to the LWC online platform. This will include setting up and configuring customer accounts, informing customers of the benefits and features of online ordering - Answer any queries customer s may have, ensuring they get the most out of their experience - Managing customer expectations to align with business processes and protocols - Build strong relationships across internal stakeholders from key functions (e.g., sales, marketing, commercial and legal). This will allow you to take responsibility and coordinate internally to ensure support is always covered Essential experience & skills - Previous experience in an onboarding or customer support role - An understanding of the end-to-end customer onboarding journey - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise - Confident and engaging verbal and written communication style - Ability to quickly build rapport - Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills - Enthused by generating outstanding customer feedback and reviews - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, completing tasks to agreed deadlines and to a high standard - Proactive approach to learning and development with high self-motivation level
