Vacancy details for Corporate Services Administrator: Working as part of the Corporate Services Function, you will report into the Finance Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance team, Business Support function and taking responsibility for fleet administration. Example duties and responsibilities: Ordering stationary, including vending machine stock Order and issue uniform Undertake facilities checks Assist in compiling invoices to send to customers Provide financial administrative duties as required Scanning remittances Assist in compiling and sending payment applications Maintain vehicle database Ensure MOTs / services are up to date Liaising with drivers in case of breakdown Hours of work: 40 hours - Monday to Friday 8.30 5.00pm Initially the role will offer 1 day a week working from home, which will be reviewed with the potential to increase.
