They have an exciting new opportunity for a BD Executive join the firm s Marketing & Business Development team Working alongside the BD Manager and Senior BD Executive, the main purpose of the role is to provide support to the various BD efforts across the firm. You will be responsible for delivering a professional, high quality, proactive and consistent approach to business development that focusses on strengthening deepening and growing client relationships. Responsibilities: Supporting the BD team in preparing pitch materials and other client-facing credentials including producing research reports Maintaining the master experience database ensuring it is kept up to date with relevant information Taking responsibility for the pitch index ensuring it is kept up to date Providing support in the preparation of directory submissions Working with the BD team to help with updating practice area content descriptions in both hard copy documents and on the website Using the CRM system to create and update marketing lists and collate reports to support BD activities. Advising fee earners on the best use of the CRM system, ensuring high levels of engagement across the firm and identifying opportunities for improved use Supporting with the implementation of client plans, as identified in the business planning process, in collaboration with the relationship partners. Providing technical support in the organising and execution of webinars and events including mailing list management, invitations and event logistics. The ideal candidate will be degree-educated with a CIM qualification (desirable). You should have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in BD at either a law firm or other professional services firm. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well the ability to prioritise your workload. As well as this, you must be a collaborative team player, reliable, helpful and willing to share ideas. Hybrid role - this role will be in the office approximately two days a week with the flexibility to work elsewhere for the remaining days.
