Corr Plant Hire are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has administrative experience to work in our busy Plant Hire Office. The role consists of but not exclusive to: Maintaining contracts for on and off hires on IT system Syrinx. Assisting the department with administrative duties Sending invoices, timesheets and statements to clients, including attaching all relevant documentation Updating files Processing Lorry Tickets and updating our Hautech Logistics system. Calling customers to discuss payments and queries on the accounts when required Any other ad-hoc duties as required Previous administrative experience essential with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages an advantage. The ability to work on own initiative and under pressure, with efficiency and accuracy
