Administrator - Environment (Grangemouth) - ((phone number removed)H) Description Administrator Grangemouth As an Administrator within Water Frameworks Scotland, you will be responsible for the collation, accurate recording and reporting of information pertaining to various areas within the business unit at project, hub and business unit level. Proficiency in and confidence navigating Micosoft Excel is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with our project teams, local authorities and clients to support legislative processes. Supporting projects to ensure all customer engagement is carried out through preparation of letters/project information and support with any customer queries and complaints. Accurate record keeping through the use on in-house and external databases in relation to:- Carbon capture, project status information, supply chain on-boarding, social value capture and performance related information. Other activities and duties as required Experience and Qualifications: Interested applicants must be highly organised and able to multitask with ease. The ideal candidate will have relevant previous administration experience and should be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including MS Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. An understanding of other MS Office software would be advantageous. This type of role will suit someone who is keen to get involved in the day to day running of operations who can use their organisational skills to support the projects within the framework. Excellent communication and attention to detail are also essential.
